September 11 will always be a day of reflection for the world — and for us, it holds another deeply personal meaning. On this day five years ago, Jannis and I took a leap of faith and officially launched Lynn HR. We had a shared vision: to bring heart, integrity, and strategic expertise to the world of human resources, helping businesses and people thrive together.

Looking back, we’re humbled and incredibly grateful. In just five years, we’ve partnered with so many remarkable business owners, leaders, and employees. We’ve witnessed teams transform, cultures flourish, and careers take shape. Every project, every conversation, and every milestone has been a reminder of why we do what we do.

The journey hasn’t been without its challenges — but each challenge has made us stronger, more resilient, and more committed to our mission. We’ve learned that HR is not just about compliance or policies; it’s about people.
